Coping Mechanisms
Is it quarantine or quaranteen!ðŸ˜. I know you've actually pronounced them like I thought you would.

I believe we're all trying to cope with everything happening worldwide. Coping means to face or deal with responsibilities, problems or difficulties especially successful or in a calm or adequate manner. Lets do as instructed by the government and world health organisation for a better tomorrow.
But how are you really copying with the anxiety and stress? First, shout out to all health care workers, them working overtime shifts, leaving their families.. letting them know we acknowledge everything they are doing. There are two types of copying;
1. Problem_based: we all have to wash hands frequently, stay home, use of an handerchief or elbow while coughing or sneezing etc.
2 Emotion_based: How are you taking Care of your feelings? I'll share on what I do.
* The fun in social media keeps me going. Instagram,Snapchat, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Tiktok 😂 especially the challenges (dances, makeup,comedies) etc. I have never been all caught up like this before 😂😂.
* Music has always been my life line and still is.
* House chores to which is not a taste to everyone.
* My exams are due after schools resume and reading is part of my routine.
* Exercise is key as it helps reduce the stress hormones and elevates one's mood and the fact that my eating habits is on another level!🥴
* Watching. Series is my thing. Not sure, but Money heist season 4 to be released tomorrow.😋
